Week 3 - Day 5 Cardio Power
Yes it’s true. This workout is turning me into a very strong and handsome black man.
Seriously though, this one pushes me sooooo hard. I keep thinking I can do entire workout but I just can’t. It’s too dang much! I have to slow down the repetitions a little, I can’t touch the floor in the globe jumps (to protect my back from injury) and by the time I get to the last set of tricep dips, I just crumble.
